Fields Chapman
Hey, my name is Fields Chapman and this is my portfolio. My name is Fields Chapman and I am part of the graduating class of 2014, and next year I want to take my interest into the CTAE class of Healthcare. My strengths are being able to work with others and listen to what they have to say, I’m organized, and fast and efficient. Goals that I have achieved through middle and high school are to keep straight A’s, and other goals I have set are to keep the 4.0 GPA all the way through high school to get an academic scholarship. The career I want to pursue in is to become a sports doctor, and what I mean by sports doctor is like working with A.O.S.M. i have always liked sports since I was little, and I always have wanted my job to do something with sports and this job of becoming a doctor just triggered my interest right away and I knew this I what I wanted to do. As I said before, I am very good working with other people so this skill would help me pursue this career, and also I can put myself in the patient’s shoes because I have come across sport related injuries as well. Job opportunities I could have with this career, is like I said I want to do, work with A.O.S.M, or if that doesn’t work out there are many other available jobs for this career. Places I could go for this job, is big cities where sports are big possible at Oakwood Physicians office in Atlanta. People who know me would say I am very hard-working, I will get the job done, motivated, and honorable along with trustworthy. The type I chose to be my sample work is an essay I did in 9th grade that was over Alzheimer’s disease. The reason I chose this piece is because I feel it shows my knowledge as well on being able to research, and I feel since I want to be a doctor the essay is over and essay so it shows I am interested in pursuing in this field. The essay covers all the effects, symptoms, and how it can be genetically transmitted. I learned a lot from this essay as well, it taught me how important this disease is, and if we don’t watch out this disease is growing rapidly. This sample of work can be located in the Productivity Section on page 4.
